carefully read this information prior to your visit to the course.

Opening hours & reservations

The first weeks of the re-opening, tee times will be available every 10 minutes from hole 1 from 8:00 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Weekly the tee time sheet will be reviewed according to occupancy.

The caddy master will be open from 7:45 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Tee time reservations are made either ONLINE or by telephone (+34) 952 442 742. No face-to-face bookings will be accepted. Our call center is open every day between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Payments for green fees, buggies and manual trollies are made at the time of booking by card or bank transfer.

Caddy master & Proshop

Before tee off, one player per group must register at the Caddy Master and go from there directly to tee 1, five minutes before tee off.

The Caddy Master will only be accessed through the Proshop entrance door. A maximum of one person by the entrance to the shop and another at the reception is allowed. The person waiting by the entrance must disinfect the hands. Other players must wait their turn outside. To assure the social distance, markers are to be found on the ground to maintain the social safety distance. The reception is equipped with protective screens. The area is continuously well-ventilated.

It is not allowed to access the shop area. The Caddy Master will search for the articles and offer them to the client. It is not allowed to try clothes on and return purchased items.

The club storage can only be accessed during the opening hours. The use is only for players who have rented lockers. When entering and leaving the area, the user needs to clean the hands with disinfectant gel located at the entrance of the shop.

General recommendations

It is the responsibility of each player and employee to stay at home in case of any symptoms of infection. This also applies to common cold symptoms.

All security measures indicated by the Club must be respected.

Avoid physical greetings, shake hands, etc.

Driving range & Putting green

Days with high demand, the maximum practice time on the range will be 20 minutes per person.

The practice balls are washed and disinfected before being put into the ball machine.

Before and after each use, the buckets will also be disinfected by the staff. All other elements will be sanitised periodically.

There will be free space of two meters between post and post to respect the minimum safety distance.

People who visit the driving range must wear golfing attire.

The pro has the key to the toilet.

The putting green will be divided into three zones and the use is limited to a maximum of one person per area, respecting the social distance. Priority will be given to players in the next flight.

Changing rooms & Toilets

Players must come dressed for the game as the changing rooms and toilets at the Clubhouse will remain closed.

The toilets on holes 7 and 14 will remain open. They will be cleaned and disinfected several times a day. Players must disinfect or wash their hands before and after use. Hand-drying papers should be thrown in the bins.

Rentals & Dress code

The use of buggies is allowed on an individual or family basis. If it is rented individually, it is possible to carry two bags in the buggy but only one and the same person can drive the buggy throughout the round. As per availability, it can be possible to rent more than two buggies per tee time. Before and after each use, the buggy will be disinfected by the staff.

Manual trolleys for individual use will be disinfected by the staff before and after each use.

Please note that the club rental service is not available.

Restaurant & Buggy bar

When the Club House restaurant is opened in June, the players will be allowed to access the terrace and toilets. The buggy bar will be on the course.

The vending machine in the Caddy Master will be disinfected several times a day. The machines on the 11th hole will not be accessible.

During the round

The safety distance should be maintained throughout the round.

A maximum of four players per flight, who must keep the social distance during the round. Caddies and companions are not allowed on the course.

The use of electronic scorecards is recommended. When using paper cards, do not share it with others. The player takes care of his own result and at the end of the round it will be reconfirmed by the playing partner. Golf Torrequebrada recommends using the scorecard in the GPS of the buggy. The player can send the card to himself by email after the round. We also recommend the app of our course guide, Caddee, as this includes descriptions of the holes.

Material

The ball washers and water fountains will remain closed and are not allowed to touch.

The bunkers will have no rakes. The player will smooth them in the best possible way with the club or the feet. A local rule applies, which allows to place the ball in bunker within the distance of a club.

The flags of the holes must always remain in the hole and cannot be removed or touched.

The holes will have a stop to prevent the ball from going down completely at the end of the hole. The player will pick up the ball with as much prevention as possible.

It is recommended to use your own tee. To assure you are only touching your own golf balls, mark them. Play only with your own golf clubs, use your own pencils, distance markers etc.

It is not allowed to move stakes, tee- and distance makers on the course. A drop without penalty is allowed.

After the round

Manual trolleys are to be returned where they were received.

Buggies will be returned at the buggy parking.

Avoid long farewells and any physical contact.

The cleaning areas of shoes, clubs and trollies are closed.

It is recommended to go directly from the course to the car park.
