The driving range at Golf Torrequebrada is located opposite the Clubhouse.
Here the experienced player finds everything needed as well as anyone who
wants to be introduced to this sport. Here you can warm up prior to tee off,
learn, improve and just have a good time together with your golfing friends
on a sunny afternoon.
Cards for the driving range are available at the ProShop
for €5 (40 balls). At the driving range you can purchase
cards for €10 (100 balls) and €30 (400 balls).
In September 2023, the driving range is open from
07:30 to 20:30 hrs. Mondays & Thursdays,
due to grass mowning, it opens at 08:30 hours.
Driving range
If you are looking for somewhere to practice on natural grass in perfect conditions and with top-quality ball, the driving range at Golf Torrequebrada is the place. The length of the range is 300 meters, it has 15 bays a bunker and a short game area. It is open all day every day of the year. There are no excuses not to come and take advantage of these facilities.
The range is open all day every day of the year, from sunrise to sunset. To cut the area, on Tuesdays it opens an hour later.
Short game area and Putting greens
The spacious putting green at Golf Torrequebrada is located next to the first tee. It is a perfect opportunity to find the speed of the greens and the correct feeling prior to tee off.
Since November 2021 a new putting green and short game are are available by the driving range. These ares can be used by green fee players, season ticket holders and academy students.

The group lessons are for a maximum of four pupils and are available for beginners and experienced golfers.

Prices are per person and include practice clubs and balls during the tuition.
Baptism of golf
The baptism of golf is a fun way to get into the world of golf, in a group for one hour. An activity suitable for the whole family, work colleagues or friends.
The course includes:
– Introduction to the world of golf (the reasoning of the game, the rules of etiquette etc.) and the different clubs (irons, woods and putters).
– We will learn the long game (placement and alignment of the face of the club), the grip (position of the hands), placement of the body and the difference between the irons.
– We will learn the short game and the use of the putt (placement and alignment), the grip, the swing and the shot towards the hole.
To make the day more attractive, we recommend finishing the course with a mini competition (including prizes) on the putting green for about an hour.

Figueroa Golf Academy
The Figueroa Golf Academy at Golf Torrequebrada is managed by Jorge Figueroa in cooperation with his brother Marcos.
From a very early age, Jorge and Marcos were introduced into the world of golf by their father. While Jorge was more directed towards teaching meantime Marcos dedicated himself to playing international professional tournaments.
In the year 2000, Jorge moved to the Costa del Sol and, after teaching at various courses, he opened the Golf Academy at Golf Torrequebrada in 2014. Today he offers all types of teachings, being his strong points playing lessons on the course and the preparation of future elite players.
