CHECKLIST & GUIDELINES
Tee Time Policy: Players must be on the tee at least 10 minutes before their scheduled time.
Groupings: Tee times are based on four balls; Golf Torrequebrada reserves the right to adjust groupings within 12 or 24 minutes of the scheduled time.
Discounts: Juniors and PGA members must present valid ID and membership cards for discounted rates. Without valid ID, the public adult amateur rate will apply, with the difference payable prior to tee-off.
Buggy Rental: To rent buggies, individuals must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver’s license. Each buggy can accommodate a maximum of two people and two sets of clubs. Buggy rental is per round.
Players will be responsible for any damage or injury caused during the buggy rental period. The player accepts that the buggy is in good condition if no damage or issues are reported before the start of play. A minimum penalty of €250 will be applied for any damage, including compensation for any period during which the buggy is unavailable for rental.
Buggies are allowed on fairways most days, as the weather in our area is generally warm and dry. However, on days with rain or when certain areas of the course require extra care, buggies may be restricted to paths only on some or all holes. If fairway access is essential for any player, it is imporant to contact the club prior to play to confirm current course conditions.
Handicap: The maximum handicap for gentlemen is 27, while for ladies, it is 35.
Dress Code: Collarless shirts, tank tops, tracksuits, non-tailored shorts, denims, bathing suits and gym shorts are not permitted. Closed golf shoes with soft spikes are mandatory. These rules are the same for players as for non-player companions.
Non-players: Accompanying individuals (who are not players) must be at least 8 years old to access the course.
Please consult us for other specific regulations regarding accompanying non-players.
Dogs: Dogs must always be on a leash in the custody of the owner and must remain silent and calm at all times. It is totally forbidden for the dog to step on the tees, greens or bunkers.
Clubs: One set of clubs per player is compulsory.
Player Conduct and Safety Policy : In the event that a player does not meet the required level of play, displays inappropriate behavior on the course or drives recklessly, the staff reserves the right to prohibit them from continuing to play or using the buggy. In such circumstances, players will not be entitled to a refund of the green fees and/or rentals paid.
Protect the Golf Experience: To help ensure the course stays secure, we recommend not bringing valuables while playing. Valuables can be stored in the lockers in the changing rooms or left at home or in the hotel safe. Let’s focus on the golf and help keep unwelcome visitors away from the course.
RATES & PAYMENT TERMS
To obtain our best rates, we recommend to book and pay green fees and rentals online.
The total amount of online reservations is to be paid at the time of booking.
Reservations made directly with Golf Torrequebrada are paid no later than 15 days prior to play. For 20-39 players, payment is due 30 days prior and 45 days for 40 or more players.
For reservations made less than 15 days prior to the date of play, must be prepaid on the same day the booking is made
In order to make the payment for offline bookings, a payment link will be forwarded by email.
Bank transfer payments are also accepted, provided that payment is received before the payment deadline and the booking is made at least 15 days prior to the play date.

cancellation & AMENDMENT POLICY
To avoid a 100% late cancellation fee, cancellations and amendments must be notified in writing or made online at least 5 days (up to 4 players), 15 days (5–19 players) or 30 days (20+ players) prior to the play date.
After this period, cancellations/amendments free of charge will only be considered upon presentation of an original medical certificate for the individual concerned (not the entire booking), dated on the same day as the late cancellation/amendment request.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

Aeration dates
Monday, 15th March & Thursday, 18th March 2027.
The same 9 holes are played twice. €60 per greenfee.
Shared buggy included in the price. Non-shared buggy €25.
The special “one free in 8” applies.
The course is closed on Tuesday, 16th and Wednesday, 17th March.
Recovery period
Friday, 19th March to Wednesday, 24th March 2027.
18 holes are open. €75 per green fee.

Play Interrupted by Weather
- If a guest must interrupt their round due to thunderstorms, flooded greens, or fog, and it is not possible to resume play that day, a green fee voucher will be provided for the number of unplayed holes.
- Green fee vouchers are valid for one year and must be used within the corresponding season of the original booking date. If you wish to play in a higher-rate season, a supplemental fee applies. Please note that no refunds are given for lower-rate seasons.
- Decisions regarding the closure or reopening of the course are made exclusively by the head greenkeeper or CEO. Other staff members are not authorized to make determinations on these matters.
- Green fee vouchers are issued with a unique reference number and sent via email for your convenience.
- Golf Torrequebrada reserves the right to adjust these terms as needed, taking into account the specific circumstances, course conditions, and availability.
